A Project Manager is directly involved with oversight on all project(s) along with scheduled visits to the sight to meet, direct and follow up with the Project Superintendent(s) directly performing the work.

An overview of offered input includes initial contacts, pre-construction discussions, information review and processing, site familiarization, scope of work suggestions and recommendations, secondary reviews, proposal recommendation with review and analysis, project performance and post project review.

The company and its personnel have experience with and completed a wide variety of projects with for various entities including the Cherokee Nation, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, The Chickasaw Nation. Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma, Peoria Tribe, Sac and Fox Nation, Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma, Indian Health Service, Army Corp of Engineers, University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, University of Arkansas, Northeastern State University and Tulsa University, among others.
